The personal data processed may include first name, surname, tax identification number, address, email address, telephone number, information relating to membership, and, where necessary for administrative purposes, bank details.
Personal data are processed for the management of members and association activities, for administrative and accounting purposes, and to respond to requests submitted through the Contact form.
Data submitted through the Contact form are transmitted via the FormSubmit service and subsequently managed by persons authorised by the Association.
The website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, profiling cookies, or tools intended to monitor users for marketing purposes or personalised advertising.
Some pages of the website, particularly the photo galleries, may use external technical resources necessary for their operation, such as Google Fonts and libraries distributed through CDNs. These resources may involve the transmission of technical data necessary for the connection, but they are not used by the Association to create user profiles.
Personal data are retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and, with regard to data relating to association management, in accordance with applicable administrative and legal requirements.
Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing, where provided for by applicable law, by writing to amicidelromanico@gmail.com.
