PRIVACY NOTICE – EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)
Data we may process include: name, surname, tax code, address, email, phone number, IBAN, membership start and end dates.
The purposes of the data processing include: member management, meetings, accounting, communication, and replying to messages received through the contact form.
Data are collected by volunteers authorized by the board, stored in an Excel file, and kept for up to 5 years. Paper forms are kept at the association's offices. Data collected online are received via email and managed only by authorized individuals.
Anyone can request access to, modification, or deletion of their data. The controller will reply within 10 days.
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent or on legitimate interest of the association, and it complies with GDPR regulations. No DPO has been appointed, as it is not required given the scale of data processed.
